McLaren Special Operations (MSO) is the division that is responsible for custom projects McLaren, has unveiled a new concept cars based on the McLaren 12C Coupe featuring custom ideas for those who want to make McLarennya more special
Unlike the X-1 project is radical, MSO 12C Concept is still recognizable as a McLaren 12C. The coupe gets a set of new features including the hood, front wing louvres, rear wing vents, unique Airbrake and a new roof featuring a snorkel that channel air into the engine. All these elements are made of lightweight carbon fiber.
McLaren 12C custom light alloy wheels is also getting a new design. MSO also add parts including titanium wheel bolts, oil and water filler cap, which further contributes to reducing the overall weight of the car.
On the inside, 12C get more upgrades including carbon fiber and a switch pack with body colored outer bezel, as well as a new instrument cluster with integrated shift light. McLaren Special Operations also ask for opinions on his Facebook page, what's in the upgrade 12C Concept to be produced.
